Wilson and Proctor Ltd. was founded in 1947 by the late Fred Proctor Sr. and his partner,  the late Howard Wilson.  Today the president of the company is Fred Proctor,  grandson of Fred Sr. 

Wilson and Proctor Ltd. has grown significantly and now has a 15,000 square foot facility dedicated to engine repair and re-manufacturing,  truck repair and service,  as well as a large parts department.
